How do I Freeze my Talkspace subscription?
Talkspace clients can put their subscriptions on hold for a week at any time. If you won’t be able to use Talkspace services for a short time, we recommend pausing your subscription.
Please note that if you get Talkspace services through your employee or medical plan benefits, pausing won’t affect your plan because you may only be charged for sessions you authorize in your room or have limited authorization windows.
If you have a time-based subscription, your billing date will be pushed back by the number of days your subscription is on hold. This way, you won’t lose time with your provider and won’t be charged for the time you didn’t use.
Keep in mind that this pause will end on its own, so it’s a good idea to set a reminder to check back in if you need more time.
